Job summary

Rocky Mountain Prep in Denver is seeking a Manager of Data & Analytics to translate data into actionable insights, maintain dashboards, and support data-driven decision making across the network. You will collaborate with NST and school teams, train leaders, and drive the Big 5 goals with rigorous analysis and clear storytelling for senior leaders and Boards.

This on-site role requires 1–3 years in analytics, a bachelor's in a relevant field, and a commitment to equity in education; salary range

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization with practical Excel/BI skills.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into decision-ready insights for senior leaders.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience performing root cause analysis and turning findings into recommendations.
• Commitment to equity and using data to close opportunity gaps.

Responsibilities

• Produce weekly data pulls ready for leadership review.
• Support the Weekly Data Digest with timely updates.
• Monitor monthly trends in academics, people, operations, and culture.
• Build and maintain NST dashboards with clear documentation.
• Partner with NST and school teams to surface insights and support goals.
• Lead data training sessions for NST and school leaders.
