Rocky Mountain Prep in Denver is seeking a Manager of Data & Analytics to translate data into actionable insights, maintain dashboards, and support data-driven decision making across the network. You will collaborate with NST and school teams, train leaders, and drive the Big 5 goals with rigorous analysis and clear storytelling for senior leaders and Boards.

The Manager, Data & Analytics is a key contributor on RMP’s Strategy team, supporting the network's analytics and reporting needs under the direction of the Managing Director, Strategic Analytics & Reporting. This role plays an important part in translating data into actionable insights that inform organizational decision-making — maintaining dashboards, producing regular reports, and partnering with teams across the network to support a data-driven culture. This role requires close collaboration, careful attention to detail, and creative problem-solving when the path forward isn’t clear.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $60,000 to $90,000, based on experience and qualifications.
