Job summary

Rocky Mountain Prep seeks a Manager of Data & Analytics to translate data into actionable insights, support a data-driven culture, and partner with school teams. This on-site role requires strong SQL, BI, and visualization skills, plus the ability to communicate findings to senior leaders.

You will maintain dashboards, produce weekly data pulls, and drive strategic planning in a results-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Translate complex analysis into clear, decision-ready insights for senior leaders and Boards.
• Strong cross-functional instincts and relationship-building skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Produce weekly data pulls, clean and ready for leadership and school staff.
• Support Weekly Data Digest with timely updates and clear findings.
• Monitor monthly trends in academics, people, operations, and culture; flag gaps.
• Build and maintain NST dashboards for independent tracking and documentation.
• Partner with NST and school teams to surface data-driven insights.
• Manage Strategy team ad hoc requests; triage, track progress, and timelines.
• Assist quarterly strategic planning with historical data analysis.
