Job summary

MODE Global is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Dallas, on-site. You will manage accounts, dispatch carriers, track shipments, and generate client reports and invoicing to maximize margins and network efficiency.

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, quote costs, onboard new clients and lanes, monitor carrier performance, and resolve delays. You will also support Sales and Accounting with invoicing discrepancies and ensure timely communication with clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years brokerage or transportation experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Windows, MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch carriers to align with customer needs and track shipments.
• Provide client reporting and invoicing to optimize margins.
• Onboard new clients and lanes with required notifications and agreements.
• Monitor carrier performance and adjust plans to reduce delays.
• Communicate accessorial charges and resolve invoicing discrepancies.
