Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a Journeyman Cybersecurity Analyst to join on-site at NSWC Dahlgren, VA. The role focuses on RMF A&A, continuous monitoring, and testing new systems to strengthen DoD cybersecurity posture.

Applicants must hold an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and US citizenship. This position notes potential funding in December 2026 and requires DoD policy compliance across multiple security levels.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of DoD cybersecurity experience preferred.
• IAT Level II/III certification or equivalent.
• Strong written and oral communication for briefing on security topics.

Responsibilities

• Author DoD Cybersecurity Assessment and Authorization artifacts.
• Document systems from a cybersecurity perspective using MS Word, Excel, Visio.
• Plan and execute risk assessments against known vulnerabilities.
• Apply DISA STIGs and NSA recommendations to systems.
• Lead ISSO activities and coordinate cybersecurity efforts across information systems.
