Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, with at least 1 year in a contact center environment.
• 6+ months of experience troubleshooting basic network or Wi-Fi issues.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact via phone, chat, and email.
• Process orders for new installations and schedule appointments.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for internet and Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Document interactions in internal systems and track resolutions.
• Escalate and coordinate with technicians to resolve issues.
