Job summary

IQ Fiber is seeking energetic Direct Sales Advisors to bring fast, reliable fiber‑optic internet to residential communities in the Jacksonville, FL area. You’ll canvass door-to-door, attend events, and convert residents into IQ Fiber customers with honest, consultative sales interactions.

A company vehicle is provided for travel within assigned territories. This field-based role requires daily presence in the fiberhood and meeting sales quotas while delivering excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum age of 21.
• Proven sales experience, preferably outside/door-to-door or fiberhood marketing; telecom experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of sales fundamentals and sales process management.
• Valid driver’s license; must pass background and drug screening checks.
• Ability to travel locally within the assigned territory and operate a company vehicle safely for extended periods.
• Ability to conduct door-to-door canvassing ~70–80% of work time, outdoors in varying weather.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to operate a personal computer and wireless equipment.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced field environment.
• Energetic, friendly, professional, customer-focused demeanor

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily door-to-door sales activities within assigned fiberhoods.
• Engage residents face-to-face to present IQ Fiber services and generate orders.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and market penetration goals.
• Educate residents on IQ Fiber vs competitors to aid informed purchases.
• Follow up with newly activated customers to confirm satisfaction and collect feedback.
• Participate in community events and promotional outreach to grow customers.
• Monitor competitive landscape within territory to identify risks and opportunities.
• Represent IQ Fiber professionally and build local trust and credibility.
• Proactively follow up on leads and maintain a steady sales pipeline.
• Perform all other duties as assigned
