Uline is hiring a Customer Support Specialist for our Minnesota Branch in Hudson, WI. You will build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service using our world‑class technology.

Responsibilities include processing orders, answering product, pricing and shipping questions, and guiding customers through our website and ordering process. On-site, full-time shifts with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders and handle inquiries using company technology.
• Answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly.
• Build relationships with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and ordering process.
