Job summary

Uline is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our Minnesota Branch in Hudson, WI. On-site, full-time shifts offer growth through elite training and robust tools designed to build lasting customer relationships and deliver legendary service.

You will become a product and solutions expert, answering questions with speed and accuracy while guiding customers through ordering and account inquiries using world-class technology.

• Assist customers with navigating Uline's website and online ordering.

Position Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
