TrackMan is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive value for Golf Driving Range and Commercial Indoor customers across Sweden and Finland. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and customers to ensure successful use of TrackMan technology.

Fluency in Swedish and English is required; Finnish is a plus. The role involves substantial travel, regular on-site visits, and coordinating events to foster community and measurable business results.

Competenze

• Fluent Swedish and English.
• Relevant sales, marketing or customer facing support experience, ideally in Golf or Sports.
• Experience in a customer facing role, preferably on-site.
• Experience in international companies and/or golf sector.
• Ability to analyse problems and provide well-thought-out solutions.
• Hands-on, self-driven, opportunity-seeking and responsible.
• Operational and strategic mindset with growth ambitions.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours and travel domestically 60–75%.

Mansioni

• Assist commercial customers in planning and executing launches and operations.
• Educate on-site staff for software usage and Administrative Tools.
• Build community of operators through events and workshops.
• Conduct regular meetings with owners and staff at venues.
• Maintain ongoing email/phone communication about software updates.
• Train customers after installation on all Trackman products.
• Support launch events and initiatives to increase footfall and revenue.
• Assist with marketing materials and regional events.
