Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore, Inc. is seeking a STUDIO Fitting Specialist in Sandy, UT to engage with every customer and deliver world-class service.

You will build lasting relationships, meet KPIs for sales targets, and maintain a fully booked schedule while delivering expert product knowledge. You will assist with front-end operations in the STUDIO area, execute club fittings with Trackman and SAM Putt Lab, stay current on promotions, and provide feedback to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• Experience in golf club fitting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every customer and deliver world-class service to build lasting relationships.
• Achieve KPIs including sales targets, sales per hour, and high booking percentage.
• Assist with front-end operations and keep the STUDIO area visually appealing and stocked.
• Execute proper club fittings using PGA TOUR Superstore training methods and tools such as Trackman/SAM Putt Lab.
• Provide product knowledge and feedback to improve the customer experience.
