Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is looking for a STUDIO Golf Instructor to deliver world-class golf lessons, build client relationships, and meet performance KPIs. You will use TrackMan, SAM Putt Lab, and other software tools while maintaining a strong client schedule and promoting products and services.

The role requires delivering personalized lesson plans, tracking student progress, and organizing clinics while ensuring excellent customer engagement in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every customer and provide world-class service.
• Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Achieve KPIs such as lessons taught, booking percentage, and clinic participation.
• Teach golf lessons using Trackman, Sam Putt Lab, and other tools.
• Organize and execute clinics and events to foster community engagement.
