Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, provide product recommendations, and handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Be a product and solutions expert to answer questions about products, pricing, and shipping.
• Build and maintain business relationships with customers over multiple channels.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering system.
