Burton Mill Solutions, a division of Wood Technologies International (WTI), seeks a Customer Service Representative to join our Menominee, MI facility. The role focuses on high-volume order input, customer communication, data integrity in ERP, and supporting sales growth.

Requirements include 2+ years in customer service and manufacturing, proficiency with MS Office and Excel, strong English skills, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. On-site employment with competitive benefits.

Competenze

• Advanced MS Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• Accurate data entry into ERP system.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 2 years in manufacturing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds alone or 100 pounds with lift assistance.
• Must be able to speak and read English.
