Job summary

Right Away Home Services (RAHS), the parent of Hales AC, is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative for our St. Petersburg, FL location. This 8am–5pm, in-office role also includes a rotating 8pm–8am on-call shift to support our AI phone system and emergencies.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule coordination, and frontline customer service while contributing to a fast-paced, growth-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and convert opportunities into booked jobs using scripts.
• Make daily outbound calls to past customers and new leads.
• Manage and confirm jobs on the schedule as dispatcher.
• Serve as front-line customer service representative for our brands.
• Take rotating on-call shift 8pm–8am for AI-handled nights.
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
