Job summary

Climate Control Services, INC. is seeking a motivated CCR to handle inbound calls, make outbound outreach, and manage scheduling for HVAC services in Boynton Beach, FL. The role requires following scripts, strong computer skills, and a fast-paced, sales-driven mindset.

The position is 100% in-office, Monday–Friday, with a rotating on-call shift from 8pm to 8am. Base pay is $20/hour plus commissions and SPIFFs, with health benefits and PTO available.

$20/hr base plus sales commissions and uncapped SPIFFs

Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm + rotating on‑call (8pm–8am)

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound calls and convert every real opportunity into a booked job using proven scripts
• Make daily outbound calls to past customers and new leads — cold calls, maintenance reminders, follow‑ups, reviews, duct cleaning, memberships, and more
• Manage and confirm jobs on the schedule, acting as dispatcher and keeping the board moving
• Serve as a front‑line customer service representative for our brands
• Take a rotating on‑call shift covering 8pm–8am. Our AI answers the overnight calls so you only step in for escalations or true after‑hours emergencies the AI can't handle — not fielding every ring
• Pitch in on other admin duties as needed
