Job summary

Right Away Home Services (RAHS), the parent of Hales AC, is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative for our St. Petersburg, FL location. This 8am–5pm, in-office role also includes a rotating 8pm–8am on-call shift to support our AI phone system and emergencies.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule coordination, and frontline customer service while contributing to a fast-paced, growth-focused team.

• Assist with other administrative duties as needed.

$20/hr base + sales commissions and uncapped SPIFFs

Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm + rotating on-call

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound calls and convert every real opportunity into a booked job using proven scripts
• Make daily outbound calls to past customers and new leads — cold calls, maintenance reminders, follow-ups, reviews, duct cleaning, memberships, and more
• Manage and confirm jobs on the schedule, acting as dispatcher and keeping the board moving
• Serve as a front-line customer service representative for our brands
• Take a rotating on-call shift covering 8pm–8am. The AI answers the overnight calls. You step in for escalations or true after-hours emergencies the AI can’t handle.
• Pitch in on other admin duties as needed
• Hit your targets. Get rewarded. Simple.

• You want to work from home — this is 100% in‑office, every day, at our St. Petersburg location
• You’re not willing to take a rotating on-call shift (8pm–8am) backing up our AI phone system
• You aren’t willing to make outbound cold calls
