Climate Control Services, INC. is seeking a motivated CCR to handle inbound calls, make outbound outreach, and manage scheduling for HVAC services in Boynton Beach, FL. The role requires following scripts, strong computer skills, and a fast-paced, sales-driven mindset.

The position is 100% in-office, Monday–Friday, with a rotating on-call shift from 8pm to 8am. Base pay is $20/hour plus commissions and SPIFFs, with health benefits and PTO available.

Qualifications

• Handle inbound/outbound calls using scripts to convert opportunities into bookings.
• Must be able to follow a sales script and think on your feet.
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and convert opportunities into booked jobs using scripts.
• Make daily outbound calls to past customers and new leads.
• Manage and confirm jobs on the schedule, acting as dispatcher.
• Serve as front-line customer service representative for our brands.
• Take rotating on-call shift 8pm–8am; escalations after-hours.
• Assist with other admin duties as needed.
• Hit targets and earn bonuses for performance.
