Job summary

RVA Edge is a growing sales and marketing firm focused on face-to-face customer engagement in the Richmond market. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity where you’ll learn to represent client products, create meaningful interactions, and contribute to sales growth through in-person conversations.

Our training program builds sales, communication, and leadership skills, with opportunities to advance into greater responsibilities and leadership roles as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face.
• Goal-oriented mindset and willingness to be coached.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers through face-to-face sales interactions.
• Represent nationally recognized client brands in retail environments.
• Introduce customers to products and services and identify their needs.
• Generate new customers and contribute to daily sales and acquisition goals.
• Build positive customer relationships through professional communication.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Work alongside a team to achieve individual and company objectives.
• Attend ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development sessions.
• Develop skills in sales, customer acquisition, communication, and leadership.
• Take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the company.
