Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of custodial or facilities management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale or multi-building operations.
• Proven ability to independently manage operations and staff.
• Strong understanding of custodial processes, equipment, and chemical usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute all custodial operations with full ownership of site performance.
• Independently manage daily operations, staffing, and service execution without direction.
• Analyze workload, staffing levels, and productivity to optimize labor efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, and client-specific regulations.
• Serve as the primary client interface, managing expectations and resolving issues.
