• Manage staff scheduling and attendance to ensure coverage at all client locations.
• Serve as primary liaison between field technicians and operations to ensure service continuity.
• Meet KPI metrics for client touch bases and proactive communication.
• Respond promptly to client emergencies, including evenings and weekends as needed.
