Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, towels, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and dust storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment; move and rearrange furniture.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with cleaners and squeegees.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stored safely at all times.
• Follow standardized cleaning processes per company standards.
• Operate chemical cleaners and power equipment safely.
• Attend staff meetings and required trainings.
• Fulfill basic work routines and standards in task execution.
• Use procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
• Trims hedges and edges; mows lawns; prunes shrubs.
• Sprays lawn and plants with fertilizer or insecticide.
• Plant grass, trees, and shrubs; water landscapes.
