Job summary

CBRE Melbourne is seeking a Custodian to perform basic cleaning duties across client and company buildings in Melbourne, FL. You will mop, sweep, trash, stock bathrooms, and ensure a clean environment per company standards.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and ability to lift 50 lbs, with strong organizational skills and basic MS Office knowledge. Drug-free workplace and pre-employment testing are included.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning support in high-traffic areas as designated by the supervisor.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment; rearrange furniture as needed.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using standard cleaners.
