Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in food/beverage operations management overseeing staff, client engagement & inventory control.
• Must have strong market insight and a customer-focused approach for business development.
• Must have base knowledge of finance and accounting principles and New Jersey labor laws.
• Must demonstrate ability to schedule and manage P&L, labor and food cost within a budget.
• Ideal candidate will manage fulfillment team and vehicle fleet, and coordinate local purchasing.
• Multilingual is preferred (English + Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Support operational directives for kitchen accuracy, office administration, personnel, and compliance.
• Oversee catering operations, supervise staff, and ensure quality service.
• Assist District Manager with payroll, training, and reporting.
• Support kitchen financial performance and budgeting adherence.
• Ensure HACCP/food safety and premium quality across operations.
• Manage maintenance of assets and arrange repairs and services.
• Perform monthly inventory for kitchen and locker products.
• Assist in local sales promotions and client relationships.
