You will lead daily operations, supervise front- and back-of-house teams, and maintain strict food safety standards while driving profitability through disciplined cost control and guest-focused service.

The role emphasizes team development, daily shift leadership, and readiness for a Director of Operations position across multiple locations.

Formación

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience, including General Manager responsibilities.
• Strong background in Italian cuisine, pizza concepts, full‑service or high-volume casual dining.
• Proven ability to manage labor costs, food costs, and overall profitability.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining restaurant teams.
• Solid knowledge of restaurant financials and operational reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
