Job summary

R3 Continuum seeks diverse behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support in Sheridan and surrounding areas in Oregon. You will assist organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events as an independent consultant.

Applicants must be independently licensed in Oregon (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist) with a master's degree in mental health and hold malpractice insurance. CIR training is required or provided by R3C at no cost.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in the State of Oregon (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of CIR training

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event
• Expand the R3 Continuum network in Sheridan and surrounding areas in Oregon
