Job summary

R3 Continuum LLC is seeking a Critical Incident Responder, a Licensed Mental Health Professional to provide on-site crisis support in Portland, Oregon. You will be part of a network to help organizations and employees impacted by disruptive workplace events.

The position offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive crisis response training, and simple electronic reporting. Applicants must be independently licensed in Oregon and possess a master's degree in mental health.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Oregon as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist.
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations affected by disruptive workplace events.
• Complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved training.
