Job summary

R3 Continuum LLC is seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals as Critical Incident Responders in Toledo, Oregon. These independent consultants will provide on-site crisis support to organizations affected by disruptive workplace events.

The role offers a flexible schedule contingent on available cases and comprehensive training for crisis response. Candidates must be independently licensed in Oregon and hold malpractice insurance.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in the State of Oregon (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training.
