Job summary

R3 Continuum is seeking licensed mental health professionals to join its independent consultant network in Sheridan, Oregon. You would provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events, delivering compassionate care and immediate intervention.

Ideal candidates hold an Oregon license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist), possess a master's degree in mental health, and carry malpractice insurance.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Oregon (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of CIR training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by workplace disruption.
• Work with diverse professionals to expand the network in Sheridan and surrounding areas.
• Complete simple electronic reporting via the mobile app.
