Qualifications

• Must be independently licensed in the State of Oregon (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• Must have malpractice and professional liability insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or provide proof of approved training.
