• Independently licensed in the State of Oregon (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
• Minimum of a Master’s degree in mental health
• Malpractice and professional liability insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training
• Independent contractor opportunity in Bend, OR and surrounding areas

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees following a disruptive workplace event
