Job summary

R3 Continuum LLC is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional in The Dalles, Oregon, to provide on-site crisis support for organizations and employees affected by workplace disruptions. This role allows for a flexible schedule as an independent consultant, providing vital support to the community.

The ideal candidate must be independently licensed in Oregon and hold a minimum of a master's degree in mental health. Additional requirements include malpractice insurance and completion of required training.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in the State of Oregon (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training.
