Greystone of Lincoln is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting in our On-Site Toano, Virginia location. This 3–6 month assignment focuses on attracting and hiring hourly and salaried staff across departments, with tight collaboration with leadership and hiring managers.

The role requires hands-on recruiting, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using ATS and sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
• Create and maintain job advertisements using JazzHR ATS.
• Conduct phone screenings and candidate interviews.
• Coordinate hiring manager interviews and feedback.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process from application to offer acceptance.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring updates to leadership.
• Support onboarding activities and pre-employment processes.
• Attend local hiring events and job fairs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and company policies.
