Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years of direct recruiting and administrative duties.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Recruits non-exempt and exempt candidates using internal and external sources.
• Serves as the first point of contact for walk-in applicants at the Toano facility.
• Reviews applications and refers candidates to hiring managers; may conduct screening calls.
• Coordinates interviews with applicants and hiring managers for the Toano location.
• Maintains communication with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.
• Coordinates onboarding of temporary employees and agency communications.
• Conducts new hire orientations and open enrollment documentation with corporate HR.
