Job summary

Greystone of Virginia is seeking an Human Resources Representative to manage hourly and salaried recruitment for the Toano location. You will be the primary contact for walk-in applicants, coordinate interviews, and assist hiring managers through the process.

You will also support benefits enrollment and new hire documentation while liaising with corporate HR. This role does not authorize hiring decisions or offers but provides essential administrative HR support, safety training coordination,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 2–3 years of direct recruiting and administrative duties.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Recruits non-exempt and exempt candidates using internal and external sources.
• Serves as the first point of contact for walk-in applicants at the Toano facility.
• Reviews online applications in JazzHR ATS and refers candidates for review.
• Coordinates interviews with applicants and hiring managers for the Toano location.
• Maintains communication with candidates about schedules and process updates.
• Supports benefits enrollment paperwork and new hire documentation.
• Conducts new hire orientations and ensures completion of required forms.
• Coordinates safety training, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Assists with safety audits, records, and coordination with corporate HR.
