Adecco is seeking a Senior HR Recruiter to support our client in Richmond, VA or McLean, VA. The role involves partner­ing with hiring managers, end-to-end recruitment, and building diverse candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, strong sourcing/research skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders and drive hiring results. PHR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources, client consulting, or a combination of these fields.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• PHR certification (Preferred).
• 4+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing and talent research capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive hiring results.
• Knowledge of compensation practices and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience leveraging recruiting data and metrics to support hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Develop and maintain diverse candidate pipelines.
• Source talent through networking, job boards, referrals, recruiting events, and proactive outreach.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve hiring goals.
• Track and communicate recruiting metrics, hiring progress, and market insights.
• Advise stakeholders on recruiting best practices and talent market trends.
