Job summary

TSR is seeking a Coordinator, Contract Management & Operations to support the end-to-end contract lifecycle for global licensing in Los Angeles, CA. The on-site role manages deals across Merchandising, Publishing, Promotions, and location-based experiences, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Compliance, IT, and offshore teams to drive operational excellence, renewals, and IP setup, using License Maestro and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of licensing industry experience in entertainment or media.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles; royalty accounting exposure is a plus.
• Ability to interpret complex contract language with cross-divisional perspective.
• Proficient in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and common MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end contract management support across regions and lines of business.
• Review Deal Memo submissions in Salesforce for accuracy and timely approvals.
• Serve as subject-matter expert on Deal Memo requirements and guide Account Executives.
• Validate deals against policies and SOPs to ensure compliance.
• Perform pre-execution validations and deal setup in License Maestro; manage data integrity.
• Identify and resolve system issues with IT/System Ops, and manage UAT testing.
• Maintain renewal dashboards and trackers; coordinate timely renewal submissions.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to resolve Zendesk tickets and implement actions.
• Support IP setup in License Maestro and related deal governance across regions.
