Job summary

Centinel Spine, LLC is seeking a Contract Analyst to support hospital contracting, pricing negotiations, and contract administration on-site in West Chester, PA. You will maintain hospital and surgeon databases, prepare sales analyses, and provide data-driven insights to optimize commercial performance.

The role collaborates with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure contract accuracy, support pricing strategies, and deliver dashboards and reporting tools to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, finance, or related field.
• 1+ year in medical device sales analytics, pricing, contracts, or database administration.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; heavy Excel usage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Syteline ERP, WebOps, or Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to negotiate and execute pricing contracts with healthcare facilities.
• Maintain healthcare facility databases for pricing terms and facility information.
• Manage global surgeon contract database, ensuring accuracy.
• Complete product-specific questionnaires in healthcare facility portals.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve pricing discrepancies and implement solutions.
• Prepare and distribute product price files and coordinate approvals.
• Gather, analyze, and report sales data, including dashboards and reports for management.
• Support additional projects as business needs evolve.
