Job summary

Terumo Medical Corporation is seeking a Contract Analyst to manage stages of the contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and pricing analysis for customer agreements. The role requires coordination with Sales, Legal, Marketing, and Finance to ensure compliant, accurate contracts across IDN, GPO, Hospital, and other channels.

Responsibilities include developing templates, monitoring pricing accuracy, preparing periodic reports, and driving improvement in contract processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required and 3+ years of contract analyst/administration experience.
• Experience with GPO, IDN, Hospital/Institutional contracts or similar.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word; familiarity with SAP or another ERP system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review customer contracts and pricing terms in line with templates and policies.
• Draft and revise contract terms and conditions before Legal review.
• Analyze contract data, run reports, and support pricing/rebate processes.
• Provide reports to management and collaborate with Sales, Legal, Marketing, Finance.
