Job summary

Acuity Inc. is hiring for a Distribution Inventory Accuracy/Continuous Improvement Leader in Carlisle, PA to drive BSF-driven improvements on the warehouse floor. You will coordinate shifts, ensure safety, and support seamless workflows in a high‑energy environment.

The role emphasizes hands‑on problem solving, collaboration with leaders, and promotion of safety and quality standards across the distribution network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; technical or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Recent grads with manufacturing or distribution exposure encouraged.
• Experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean and Kaizen continuous improvement methods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; forklift operation is a plus.
• Strong organization, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor activities across multiple shifts to optimize workflow and meet safety, quality and production targets.
• Serve as a floor resource, answering questions and facilitating communication.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support safety, quality and productivity initiatives across the operation.
• Apply BSF/Lean/Kaizen tools to improve efficiency and inventory accuracy.
• Adapt to workload fluctuations and manage priorities in a busy warehouse.
