Acuity Inc. is seeking a Distribution Inventory Accuracy/Continuous Improvement Leader for an on-site role in Carlisle, PA. You will drive continuous improvement on the floor, coordinate across shifts, and partner with leadership to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Background in Lean and Kaizen on the floor to drive improvements.
• Strong Excel skills for inventory and reporting.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
• Solid problem-solving and communication capabilities.
• Open-space warehouse experience and ability to adapt to shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor activities across multiple shifts to optimize workflow and safety.
• Serve as a floor resource, answer questions, resolve issues, and facilitate communication.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Support safety, quality, and productivity initiatives and inventory accuracy.
• Apply BSF/Lean/Kaizen tools to improve efficiency on the floor.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through poka-yoke processes.
