Job summary

Acuity Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee material receiving and handling, ensuring safe, efficient flow and accurate WIP inventory.

You will supervise the receiving team, coordinate with materials handling leads, and drive process improvements across inventory and production support. The role requires 3–5 years in warehousing and leadership, advanced English, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Advanced English skills (conversational).
• 3-5 years of experience in Warehouse.
• 3-5 years of leadership and people management experience.
• Experience with inventory-related projects and process improvements.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with inbound logistics and material flow in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving and material handling in the plant.
• Direct/monitor hourly personnel in safety, quality and productivity.
• Ensure accurate reporting of transactions and DSY/Excess/Transfers.
• Lead and develop the Receiving, Inventory control, and WIP processes.
• Maintain budgetary compliance for Receiving.
• Ensure compliance with OEA/CTPAT/SOX requirements.
