Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced English skills (conversational).
• 3-5 years of experience in Warehouse.
• 3-5 years of leadership and people management experience.
• Experience with inventory-related projects and process improvements.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with inbound logistics and material flow in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving and material handling in the plant.
• Direct/monitor hourly personnel in safety, quality and productivity.
• Ensure accurate reporting of transactions and DSY/Excess/Transfers.
• Lead and develop the Receiving, Inventory control, and WIP processes.
• Maintain budgetary compliance for Receiving.
• Ensure compliance with OEA/CTPAT/SOX requirements.
