Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities seeks a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee all construction projects within the community. You will supervise the on-site team, maintain safety standards, order materials, schedule deliveries, obtain quotes, and coordinate inspections.

You may perform drywall, framing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks as needed. The role requires five years' experience in construction supervision, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of blueprints, building codes, and OSHA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of five years' experience as construction supervisor or construction management.
• Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction projects performed and supervise on-site team members.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Order material, schedule deliveries, obtain quotes, and coordinate inspections.
• Control project schedule, permitting, and coordination of trades; perform drywall, framing, HVAC, and carpentry as needed.
