Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking a skilled Master Carpenter/Foreman to lead on-site construction projects.

You will oversee demolition, framing, cabinetry, drywall, trim, and installation tasks, ensuring safety and high-quality results. Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of construction experience, a high school diploma (carpentry apprenticeship preferred), blueprint literacy, OSHA knowledge, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Apprenticeship in carpentry strongly preferred.
• 7-10 years' experience in construction or maintenance related field.
• Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform demolition, cabinetry, metal and wood framing, drywall, finish trim installation, window and door installation, siding installation and related construction tasks.
• Operate hand tools, power tools and other equipment.
• Potential to lead as foreman and direct the team to ensure safety, efficiency and high quality.
