Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee on-site construction projects across its communities.

You will supervise the team, ensure safety, coordinate materials, quotes, and inspections, and perform various mechanical tasks when required. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in construction supervision, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of blueprints, codes, and OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Minimum of five years' experience as construction supervisor or construction management.
• Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction projects performed within the community.
• Supervise the construction team on-site and maintain a safe work environment.
• Order materials, schedule deliveries, and obtain quotes.
• Control project schedule, permitting, and inspections.
• Perform drywall, framing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks as needed.
