Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects across our communities. You will lead the on-site team, ensure safety, order materials, schedule deliveries, obtain quotes, and coordinate inspections.

You may perform drywall, framing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks as needed. The ideal candidate has at least five years of construction supervision experience, familiar with blueprints and building codes, and possesses a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of five years' experience as construction supervisor or construction management.
• Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA).
• Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction projects and on-site construction team.
• Supervise all team members and maintain a safe work environment.
• Order materials, schedule deliveries, obtain quotes, and coordinate inspections.
• Control project schedules, permitting, and project changes.
• Perform drywall, framing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks as needed.
