Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum five years' experience as construction supervisor or construction management.
• Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversees on-site construction projects and renovation efforts.
• Supervises team members and maintains a safe work environment.
• Orders materials, schedules deliveries, and coordinates inspections.
• Reads blueprints and assists with drywall, framing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.
