Job summary

Mbc-Talent-Connections seeks a Construction Quality Control Manager to lead project-specific quality control programs on federal construction sites in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. This is a fully on-site role with expected relocation or extended travel as needed, and local candidates are preferred.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, 2+ years QC management experience, and relevant certifications (USACE CQM, EM 385-1-1, CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Construction, or Building Science — or equivalent combination of education and field experience.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Engineer, or Construction Manager
• Minimum 2 years of continuous QC Manager experience
• Current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate (or equivalent)
• Level 1 EM 385-1-1, CRP, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications (training available if needed)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and standard internet tools

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement a project-specific quality control program
• Execute QC performance in accordance with contract requirements
• Complete administrative documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Education
