Job summary

MBC Talent Connections in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, is seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager to plan, coordinate, and implement project-specific QC programs on federal construction projects. This is an on-site role with local candidates preferred.

You will ensure contract-compliant QC performance, complete administrative documentation on time, and maintain strong client relationships, with a salary range of $90,000–$110,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Construction, or Building Science — or equivalent combination of education and field experience.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Engineer, or Construction Manager.
• Minimum 2 years of continuous QC Manager experience required.
• Current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate (or equivalent).
• Level 1 EM 385-1-1, CRP, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications (training available if needed).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and standard internet tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement a project-specific quality control program.
• Execute QC performance in accordance with contract requirements.
• Complete administrative documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
