MBC Talent Connections seeks a Construction Quality Control Manager for an on-site role at Barksdale, LA. The successful candidate will design, coordinate, and implement project-specific QC programs on federal construction projects, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal applicants have 5–10 years in related roles, a relevant engineering/construction degree, and relevant certifications (USACE CQM, EM 385-1-1, OSHA 30).

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Construction, or Building Science — or equivalent combination of education and field experience.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Engineer, or Construction Manager.
• Minimum 2 years of continuous QC Manager experience required.
• Current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate (or equivalent).
• Level 1 EM 385-1-1, CRP, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications (training available if needed).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and standard internet tools.
